WISE Group has worked on offshore data acquisition and monitoring systems since they first appeared, and the Condition Monitoring System (CMS) comes out of that work. It is designed to comply with the project specification, the regional regulations that apply, and the asset owner’s own safety standards — which are rarely the same three things.

Proven performance in harsh environments

The monitoring systems run on DADAS, our own real-time data acquisition software, and have operated in the most rigorous offshore conditions for decades with minimal downtime.

That matters most in the part of the job nobody sees: a condition monitoring record is only useful if it is continuous. Gaps in the data are gaps in the evidence.

Support and services

A monitoring system has to keep working for the life of the asset, so the delivery does not end at handover. Our service team covers:

  • Installation support — getting the system integrated with what is already on the asset.
  • Annual service and calibration — regular servicing and calibration so the readings stay defensible.
  • Personnel training — so the people using the system day to day know what it is telling them.
